   Re: Senior QAQC Engineer (28/28 Rotational gas Field Project Jobs in Oman
   I’m writing to apply for the position Senior QAQC Engineer (28/28 Rotational gas Field Project Jobs in Oman posted in Linkedin . I’m a Mechanical Engineering Graduate at the University of Santo Tomas 1982. I’m a certified Welding Engineer by Japan Welding Engineering Society (JWES) and Philippine Welding Society (PWS) I’m also a certified RT Film Interpretation Level II. I used to work with JGC Philippines (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Company) for 20 years, however my contract expired July 2020. My last position held with JGC Philippines is Lead QC Engineer. As Lead QC Engineer my main Duties and responsibilities to mention some;
   1. Establishes QA/QC policy and procedures in cooperation with the engineering group, to ensure that the applicable QA/QC related project requirement will be specified and implemented.
   2. Manages the QMD related activities during project proposals, i.e. ITB review, manhour estimation, manpower mobilization plan and proposal narratives.
   3. Manages the QMD related activities in the project execution in Home office and construction Site
   4. Adheres to “Code of Discipline”, “Compliance Code of Business Ethics and Conduct”.
   5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
   6. Quality Control Activities Supervision.
   7. Acts as Project Quality Control Manager (for Procurement stage) and Field Quality control Manager for large projects.
   8. Do piping line checking, line walking to ensure completeness of piping assembly, good quality of welding in accordance with approved drawing/ Isometric.
   9. Assure NDT requirement is complete prior to pressure Testing.
   10. Visual Inspection of all welding in the test package prior to pressure testing.
   11. Review of test pressure package.
   12. Witness Pressure testing/pneumatic testing for completed piping assembly.
   13. Assure all welders are qualified according to project requirements
   14. Prepare Inspection and Test Plan (Quality Control) for various projects
   15. Review Quality Control Procedures submitted by sub-Contractor for various projects.
   16. Prepare Quality Control Specification for various projects.
   17. Review of Welding Procedure Specification
   18. Witness Welding Procedure Qualification Test.
   I have 20 years of vast experience in construction welding related works (includes inspections, witness welder qualification test, Welding Inspection, Witness welding procedure qualification (PQR)
   I’m very willing to travel from places to places, wherever the company wants me to go. I’m very much available to mobilize to the site of work as soon as possible.
