COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT QA-QC SUPERVISOR

The Role:
* Lead and control timely development of Operations training materials based on operations procedures. Control quality of training materials.

* Ensure daily control of competency development specialist activity. Perform mentoring of own subordinates and develops work plans and schedules to meet requirements of business plan and project key objectives.

* Play leading role in planning, approvement, and control of budgets assigned for personnel training and for payment of services provided by contractors for project

Participate in contract conclusions with third-party training organizations including bidding process among the contractors.

* Main contact person for interaction with groups of customers in case of questions related with training quality, safety technique and compliance with requirements
