  • Responsible to complete execution works for preventive maintenance and/or corrective maintenance
  • Inspection programs according to job task card compliance to manufacturer / COMPANY’s standard / specification scheduled as per COMPANY’s maintenance plan with adhering to COMPANY’s safety procedures.
  • Issue quality calibration / test report on instrument devise as per maintenance job task card
  • Perform routine diagnostic health check, troubleshoot for Booster Compressor control panel, back up / update local control panel PLC and engine control program
  • Responsible to ensure material, equipment, and tool readiness as required for work execution
  • Report/Feedback for any issue affected to Booster Compressor reliability and integrity, work performance and completion such as lack of maintenance program, and non-applicable maintenance task
  • Report any abnormalities found on equipment to Booster Compressor, Contract Supervisor to ensure proper actions are taken in a timely manner to maintain equipment integrity and reliability
  • Feedback information to the Booster Compressor, Contract Supervisor to ensure consistent equipment history, record tracking in COMPANY’s CMMS and data base
  • Perform routine test of standby equipment and trouble-shoot defective equipment as instructed. Repair and restore the equipment back to it serviceable condition. Report abnormity or discrepancy to Booster Compressor, Contract Supervisor
  • Follow and encourage strict adherence to COMPANY’s SSHE policy and regulations in all work under the responsibility and directly report SSHE concern to Booster Compressor, Contract Supervisor
  • Ensure that tools and equipment are used correctly and proper take care, reports immediately once anomaly found
  • Support offshore maintenance activity upon requested as a backup team

Qualifications:

  • Higher Technical Diploma or higher in Instrumentation and control or related field
  • 5 years Minimum in field working experience of offshore Booster Compressor
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of maintenance procedures for instrumentation equipment used in petroleum production / petrochemical / refinery facilities, especially Booster Compressor Maintenance & Inspection Procedures
  • Good understand of overview for process equipment and relevant
  • Basic knowledge of Booster Compressor operating sequence
  • Basic knowledge in automation
  • Good computer skill and be literate with work related applications, especially CAT ET Program, RS Logix 500 & 5000, and PanelView Plus
  • Familiar with HEART Communication and temperature element measuring tools
  • Good knowledge/experience of SSHE requirements in a working environment
  • Experience in trouble shooting and failure analysis related to instrumentation equipment
  • Good communication, written and spoken English, TOEIC 450 or equivalent is preferred
