5. Emergency Preparedness:
   • Developing and implementing emergency response plans.
   • Conducting drills and training sessions to ensure employees are prepared for emergencies.
6. Safety Inspections:
   • Conducting regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace.
   • Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and non-compliance issues.
7. Training and Education:
   • Providing safety training to employees, contractors, and other relevant parties.
   • Promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
8. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
   • Recommending and ensuring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
   • Monitoring and managing the availability and condition of PPE.
9. Hazardous Materials Management:
   • Managing the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
   • Ensuring compliance with regulations related to the transport of hazardous substances.
10. Health Promotion:
    • Promoting employee wellness and health programs.
    • Monitoring workplace conditions to prevent occupational illnesses.
11. Record Keeping:
    • Maintaining accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, and training.
    • Reporting to management and regulatory agencies as required.
12. Communication:
    • Communicating safety information to all levels of the organization.
