Solutions Architect – Qualifications Requirment

Hold, have held, or eligible to use for UK based security clearance – SC or NPPV3.
Hold an undergraduate degree – ideally in computing as well as maths, or engineering.
Recognised certification e.g. MBCS, MSP etc.
Desirable:

Other technical qualifications/training, e.g. in specific cloud services (AWS), systems design, etc.
Security certification, e.g. CISSP, CISMP, etc.

Proven delivery within the general public sector – ideally a national enforcement solution.
Able to lead technical and value discussions with the broader team
Ability to capture architecture in MOOD model
Ability to justify major technology implementation decisions.
Can impact and influence users, customers and partners with a high degree of autonomy.
Creates real and measurable business results as evidenced by operational solutions.
Experience within the design as well as review of software development.
Experience of the digital forensic process, from triage to acquisition to reporting.
Experience/understanding of current digital forensic tools like Magnet Axiom, NUIX, FTK or Encase.
Experience/understanding of current mobile examination software like Cellebrite UFED, MSAB XRY or Oxygen Forensics.

Knowledge of event-based architectures, e.g. using Kafka.
Knowledge of the tools and processes for DevOps continuous build and integration.
Experience of delivery with agile methods, like SCRUM.
Able to advise technologies and frameworks to use, ideally open-source.
Proven delivery of enterprise solutions within complex stakeholder environments.
Able to balance technical vision with business drivers and ‘brownfield’ constraints.
At least five years’ experience as an architect / lead designer of technical solutions.
At least two years’ experience leading the delivery of software development.
Demonstrates good written, oral, comprehension and presentational skills.
Desirable:

Knowledge of forensics technology – biometric and/or digital
